This book is intended for people who have a serious interest in learning kanji with their meaning, readings, and stroke order. It is for students who want to do a deep study from the beginning or for those who want to review and correct what they learned in the wrong way with other books.The focus of this book is learning in the same way native Japanese language speakers learn kanji. It does not contain “funny stories” that waste your time and cause you great frustration when you understand you can´t remember more than 2,136 funny “stories” for the 2,136 kanjis on the Kanji List for Everyday Use and that remembering those “funny stories” doesn´t help you to read and understand real Japanese.This is the first step in a very ambitious project that has as objective to teach, at least, the 2,136 letters of the Japanese Kanji List for Everyday Use in the 4 basic styles of shodou. Our next step is teaching this 80 kanjis in the styales of Gyousho, Sousho and Reisho.
